There is such a unique house in Poland. It's called House in Lodz. It is an orphanage for seriously ill children, especially disadvantaged children. As Farmaceuci.org, we would like to support the Dom w Łodzi Foundation in the purchase of medicines, hygiene products and specialized food. And we want to do it permanently.
The "Dom w Łodzi" Foundation is a public benefit organization that has been running an Orphanage for Sick Children since 2007. It is the first (and still the only) orphanage in Poland where seriously ill, disabled and abandoned children found love and specialist medical care. The house not only gives a sense of security, but - what is extremely important - provides 24/7 medical care, daily rehabilitation and support from specialists: educators, physiotherapist, psychologist, speech therapist, social worker. The Aunties and Uncles team does everything to make children feel loved and safe, to overcome their limitations and have a chance for the greatest independence in the future.
